Rates and Booking
I work with an hourly rate, with a minimum booking of 3 hours. This rate includes both photography and editing time, editing is not charged separately. For full-day bookings, a maximum daily rate applies.
For events within Belgium, transportation costs are included in the price. For overseas events, travel and accommodation costs are charged on top of the agreed price.

Booking and Invoicing
I work with an external agency in Belgium that handles all administrative matters on my behalf. They issue invoices for my services and process payments, ensuring a smooth and transparent process for both you and me.
Image Selection and Delivery
All images are carefully selected and edited by me in my own style. RAW files are not provided, and there is no set number of images, you will receive all selected and edited photos. The final images are sent through a downloadable online gallery via Adobe, and clients are expected to download them once the link is received. I aim to deliver the full gallery within 14 days after the event, unless otherwise agreed. Occasionally, a small preview or teaser may be shared shortly after the event.
Credits and Publication
When sharing photos, proper credit is required. On social media platforms (e.g., Instagram): tag my official photography account On all other platforms (websites, publications, printed materials, etc.): credit the photographer by name Unless explicitly agreed otherwise with the client, I reserve the right to publish images on my social media, website, or portfolio.
Usage Rights
By booking me, you are granted usage rights only for the agreed purpose. It is strictly prohibited to use the photos commercially unless explicitly consented by me. Any other use requires my permission.
